After completing the second version of the contents page, I realised that the colours didn't really work well together. Therefore; I used the colour scheme design to help me with the colours in which to use on the contents page as they showed complimentary colours.
Below is the same design by the different colours in which I used after looking at the colour scheme design above. This helped me to produce the best contents page with the best colour scheme.
Once I had decided on the design of my contents page, I had to decide on the colour scheme to use. I wanted to keep the blue in the contents page from the front page to keep some continuity throughout the magazine. I then had to find a colour that wouldn't clash with the colour of the wall in the smaller image. I also had to decide on the colours of the title and I decided that a light brown looked better than a grey because brown is a complimentary colour for blue.
